Hatha Yoga Class Schedule
This class is a powerful and non-threatening, learning experience in which you will literally re-discover your body, how it works, and the beautifully amazing things it can do. This class is designed to give you time and support to understand the proper alignment of Yoga asanas (postures) and breathing technique. Your instructor, Jamie Hopkins, will assist in helping you master form, understand how to breathe, build confidence in the postures and experience the wonders of yoga. The flow of each class is: 45 minutes of asana practice, followed by 15 minutes of guided relaxation. Through humor, patience and love, Jamie brings a sense of community and friendship to every class. Come and join us!
